Everything sold on our site is proudly made in Manila by homegrown bakers.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
It's recommended that baked goods are eaten fresh. But if you'll be keeping yours longer (what restraint!), here are some general guidelines for product storage and shelf life:
ROOM TEMPERATURE: Most products can manage a few days at room temperature, kept in their original packaging or an air-sealed container, away from direct sunlight.
REFRIGERATOR: Purists don't advise refrigerating baked goods as they will dry out, but it is the Philippines and our humidity may do even worse. Just make sure products are completely wrapped (plastic wrap, foil, or freezer bags) or in an air-tight container.
FREEZER: For long term storage, double wrap the baked goods (plastic wrap, foil, or freezer bags) and put them straight into the freezer.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE BAKED GOOD ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, Credit card, and Bank Deposit.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?
After completing checkout, you will be redirected to a page with your order details. These will also be sent to you through email. If you are paying through Bank Deposit, further payment instructions are included in the email and must be fulfilled before your order can be confirmed. If you are paying through Paypal, credit card, or COD, the email will be considered an order confirmation. If you do not receive anything within 24 hours, or if there is any incorrect information, please contact us at [email protected]
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
We process orders immediately, but will do our best to accommodate any changes. Please let us know through [email protected] at least 3-5 days before your delivery date.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently deliver to all addresses within Metro Manila. If you are outside Metro Manila, please let us know and we will do our best to expand our service to your area.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer Standard Delivery and Fragile Delivery: Standard Delivery is used for most goods on our site, using insulated packaging and fulfilled through motorbike. Fragile Delivery is for multi-layered or decorated goods, and fulfilled through automobile. As all our items are specially baked and perishable, we only use the best on-demand service to deliver your orders to you within hours of being baked.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Standard Delivery is a flat rate of P150, while Fragile Delivery is a flat rate of P500. Please note that delivery costs are calculated for every baker in an order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We guarantee all orders are delivered fresh, and on their way to you within hours of being baked. As all our products are homemade upon order, they may require preparation time. Please refer to individual product pages for the soonest delivery time. Deliveries are shipped to you directly from individual bakers, so they may arrive separately (as soon as baked) or on the date you select. Deliveries are fulfilled daily.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order has been picked up for delivery, we will send you a message with a tracking number. You may track your order through this tracking number.
I'D LIKE TO ORDER SOMETHING FOR A PARTY. DO YOU ACCOMMODATE SCHEDULED DELIVERIES?
Yes, customers have the option to choose their desired delivery date. Please give the date on the Checkout page (in the Notes box). The exact time of delivery depends on the courier, so if your event is a bit early, we recommend selecting delivery for a day before. Many of our goods can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness. If no date has been selected, your order will ship as soon as it is ready. Deliveries are fulfilled daily.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?
We recommend someone be at the designated address to receive the delivery and properly store any items that require refrigeration. The decision to leave an unattended package is solely up to the discretion of the courier. Couriers will only leave the package at the address if they believe it is safe and reasonable to do so.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
When you buy from The Baked Good, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our goods are prepared upon order and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been accepted. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of the delivery date. Please provide all details as to why the product is unsatisfactory and supporting photos, if possible. We will do all we can to amend the situation.
